This has been the best life changing experience for me. The doctor is very patient and understanding, they will help you understand the issues you have and walk you through all possible solutions. I was able to contact them whenever I needed an answer for my questions or even if it was just to ask for a prescription. By far the best pain physician in New York. I am very greatful I went here.

Demetrius is my guy, he always does right by me. Him and the other guy (can’t remember his name) are both very helpful. Every time that I’m there for an appointment, they take good care of me. And they always advise me of my best options, so that I can make an educated decision. 5 star

The procedure was quick and easy. Although I’m in a little pain I truly believe that the injection that I’ve received will help me to feel much better than before. The nurses and doctors were very pleasant and caring. We need more health professionals like them.

My experience with Pain Physicians NY has been remarkable. I had so much pain in my knee. Daily I struggled with limping and walking unbalanced. Since I received the series of jell injections in my knee. I am now walking in comfort and have a better quality of life. The staff is very professional and the doctors provide expertise and knowledge and for me personally I felt safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Pain Physicians NY .

Today was my first visit and I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went. It’s rare to go to a place and be seen at the time your appointment was scheduled. All the staff were friendly and are truly there to help. I highly recommend!! I am looking forward for my next appointment. It’s a great feeling when you go into a doctor’s office and feel like you matter and your concerns are taken seriously. 😊❤️

I Recommend this doctor’s office. The front desk is very nice the MAs are very nice the doctors care for the patients and are very efficient. I had a hard time finding the right medication for my circumstances in the past, after sitting with the doctor explaining my prior surgery and reviewing my surgeons chart notes, the doctor new exactly what medications I needed. I have a long way to recovery but the medication has made my pain manageable and I am finally able to do my daily activities. As a mother of 3 this means so much, I’m so happy I was referred here.

It’s a huge relief to finally have a doctor who looks at me as an individual and adapts treatment to what my body needs, instead of assuming what works for someone else who has the same conditions, must work for me. They take the time to understand my history, my pain, and what I’ve already been through. I’m extremely grateful for the compassionate, thoughtful care I receive here, from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. Highly recommend!

5 stars to front desk staff, nurses & providers. I felt comfortable from pre procedure to post. Everything about this facility was professional. They assisted with my transportation to the location and back home. I am happy with the experience I had.

If you have chronic migraine, I highly recommend seeing Sofia for botox injections. I’ve seen her every 3 months for the past 2 years. She makes it as easy and painless as possible (10 year migraine botox patient). She has great bedside manner and has been a great patient advocate for me.

Great doctor and all the staffs are great! Saw Dr.Rayfman and his nurse were wonderful. Highly recommended! Nothing negative about it. My mom had her first visit and the whole experience were pleasant. Everyone were helpful, polite and very patience with us.

All I have to say is that you have to trust the process. I walked in my first time impatient and distrusting as I am with all medicine in general, but the team here really engages you, they’re friendly and informative. What I really like is that after ordering imaging and testing they present to you the right treatments that are available to you and that are covered by your insurance and you pick if this is the right plan of treatment. It really gives the patient the power over their health. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The facility is clean, well lit, organized & includes enough pleasant, knowledgeable therapists. The exercises I was taught really helped since they were the most effective & current ones.

Very organized and pro-active. Each step of the appointment was layed out like a choreographed dance. I was meeting Dr.Cohen for the first time and was very pleased with bed side manner. He explained my condition and understood the chain of events that led to my “injury”. Together with the nurse practitioner, the dance continued and before I knew it I had tests to complete and a new appointment. I am very pleased so far!

All the office staff are very friendly and polite. I came with lower back pain. Dr. Kogan performed a block. It really helped me. I came with acute pain. A few hours after the procedure, I felt significant relief. Thank you very much. I will recommend him to my friends.

I’ve been coming here for pain management for close to ten years and I can’t recall one bad experience. They’re professional, accomodating, the office is always spotless, and they’re willing to work with you to get your tests and treatments approved quickly. If you’re looking for pain management and can get here, it should be your first choice.

I continue to treat with this wonderful group of doctors and their support team for pain management. It’s drawing close to a year now and they STILL continue to operate above my expectations during each visit thus far!

The entire staff at pain management at 2279 coney island avenue are all awesome , caring people! During my procedure, they put on music motown.And sang with me! Which was awesome because it took away the anxiety of having the procedure done. And they were kind enough to let them give me a hug for helping to relieve some of this chronic pain! I Would recommend them to anybody that needed help with pain management!
